2021

Foundation

Founded in Hebei, China, CXZC began with a focus on prefabricated housing and building-material research and development. We established our initial manufacturing capabilities for insulated wall panels and modular building systems.

2022

Certification

We strengthened our manufacturing and quality-control systems and expanded our product testing and certification capabilities. Our insulated panel systems underwent SGS and CE testing, supporting our expansion into international markets.

2023

Expansion

With growing demand for prefabricated construction, we expanded our manufacturing capacity and began developing international markets. Our products reached customers across Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, laying the foundation for our global business.

2024

Innovation

We launched our CXZC Thermo-Board insulation system, combining thermal performance, fire resistance, and efficient factory production. We also refined our modular housing range into standard sizes to simplify design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation.

2025

Australia

We established a stronger presence in the Australian market, focusing on prefabricated housing, granny flats, and modular building solutions. Our Melbourne operation was developed to provide local support and build long-term partnerships with Australian builders, developers, and housing retailers.

Melbourne & Beyond

We continue to expand our Australian operations, with a Melbourne showroom and local business presence supporting our partners and customers.
